2. We are all capable. Even if we don’t have the knowledge yet, it doesn't mean we aren't cut out for something. Try rephrasing the “I don’t know how to do that” to “I don’t know how to do that yet”.
3. When you’re faced with fear, you have two choices. In that moment, look at fear and the best case scenario. It’s about learning to fear LESS, learning to live with the fear. Turn that fear into excitement.
4. We learn when things go wrong. It’s ok to fail. Those failures help shape us for what’s to come.
